Hi, I’m Tiffani Hill, a Copywriter and Operations Strategist. I craft effective marketing messages and business documentation for small businesses like yours.

I’ve worked with SaaS tech startups, apps, colleges, small businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies.

I know your business pain points (it’s chihuahuas – just kidding). I’ve spent 37 years hands-on with companion, farm, and exotic animal care plus 24 years of managing animal care employees and volunteers. I’m a vet tech and former animal care and control officer as well as a humane society executive director from the Los Angeles area.

Throughout my career, I loved writing and organizing workflows. In 2021, I pivoted from working hands-on as an animal shelter manager and veterinary technician to supporting businesses by helping them capture their essential information and share their messages.

Hi, I’m Tiffani! When I’m not supporting businesses like yours, I’m a mom of a teenager and several furries. I’m also the wife of a veterinarian. We love water sports and traveling to exotic destinations.
